Libous says ‘hold the line on taxes’ during Watertown visit

No new taxes. Even next year.

So said the state Senate’s No. 2 official at a meeting in the Dulles State Office Building last week with north country business leaders.

“That was exactly the message that we conveyed,” said Sen. Thomas W. Libous, R-Binghamton. “And they’re on board.”
